Welhouse Consulting Customers Win NARI Milwaukee RotY Awards

Connect with Diane

It’s not easy to be named a National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI) Milwaukee Chapter Remodeler of the Year (RotY) award winner. The awards are highly competitive, with more than 80 projects across remodeling and home improvement categories, including kitchen, bath, basement, home additions, exteriors, landscape design/outdoor living, architectural design, and more.

A panel of industry experts evaluates the projects and selects gold, silver, and bronze winners. Each project is scored on several criteria: how well the contractor met the client’s needs; the space’s functionality; aesthetics; craftsmanship; construction methods; and material use.

How to Win

To win, entries must clearly state and visually demonstrate the original space, the customer’s requirements, and the contractor’s work to meet them within budget. Entries must carefully address the criteria and include floor plans, renderings, and after-photography.
