The Groups

Peer groups are confidential, collaborative spaces for small business owners and CEOs to solve problems, share knowledge, and unlock growth. With 6 to 12 local non-competitive members, these groups meet monthly to troubleshoot roadblocks, vet ideas, and discover blind spots. Members mentor and learn from one another, sharing expertise and different perspectives. Together, everyone faces their fears to gain clarity and courage to live their dreams.

Meeting Highlights:

  • Custom Agendas: Collaboratively set by members to address pressing issues and explore opportunities.
  • Deep Dives: Topics like KPI selection, financial metrics, and operational strategies are explored.
  • Guest Speakers: At the group’s discretion, experts may join to share insights on agreed-upon topics.

She also provides personalized guidance, motivation, and accountability through monthly one-on-one coaching sessions to help you reach your goals faster.

The Schedule

Four Full-Day Meetings: One each quarter.

Eight Half-Day Meetings: Monthly, except during months with full-day sessions.

Monthly One-on-One Coaching/Consulting: Two hours per month.
