The most requested packages are:
Strategy
Develop your 10-year vision, 3-year milestone, and annual plan and budget. A total of five days planned quarterly around your fiscal year focused on strategy, planning, and leadership development.
One annual strategy day refocusing on the business's mission, values, and vision.
- Review the past year and develop the yearly plan for the next, moving towards the three-year milestone.
- Establish or refocus key performance indicators, measures, and numbers for the business, each department, and individuals.
- Financially start budget planning for capital and human resources, reserves, and critical new initiatives for the year.
Four full-day quarterly accountability meetings.
- Dissect the yearly plan into a ‘first things first’ approach of what needs to be done or creates the most significant impact.
- Creating objectives and key results for the business, each department, and individuals for accountability.
- Reviewing the results and planning for the next quarter.
- Address significant business and leadership pain points.
Between meeting support via text, telephone, and email.
Performance
The same as the Strategy Package, plus 12 (once a month) coaching sessions added. Coaching sessions can be split between two (2) leaders for six (6) coaching sessions each. Additional coaching can be added to either package. Inquire about options and pricing.
