Diane Welhouse, CKBR, CMC, is a three-time Hall of Fame athlete who holds numerous national, state, and local records in the sport of bowling. Her journey began with her father, who ignited her drive and passion. Her father coached her to be one of the best youth players in the state. As her skills developed, she began private professional coaching, which earned her a spot on Team USA for the United States Bowling Congress in 1992. As a team member, she worked with the most elite coaches in the United States. Diane understands that no one achieves success alone—it takes a dedicated coach to guide the way. Now, as your consultant and coach, Diane will challenge, support, and partner with you to help you reach your own greatest potential.
Professionally, Diane has over 30 years of executive leadership experience. She worked in the nonprofit sector, serving the United States Bowling Congress and the National Association of the Remodeling Industry, including as Executive Director of NARI Milwaukee, the largest NARI chapter in the country. Additionally, she has for-profit leadership experience, including national organizations such as Direct Supply, Inc., and as a design, build, and remodel general contractor at Welhouse Construction Services, LLC.
In 2020, Diane retired from bowling. Today, her sports challenge is golf. In addition, Diane spends time reading, walking, and acquiring high-heeled shoes. She also enjoys good wine, craft cocktails, and fine dining.

Diane credits her success in bowling and her professional achievements to the transformative impact of coaching. Diane’s success is directly attributed to those who helped her realize her full potential. These were individuals who chose to care, took risks on her, invested in her growth, and offered candid feedback—both positive and constructive—at crucial moments. Through their guidance, Diane learned that the value of a consultant, coach, or mentor is genuinely priceless. Today, she uses these experiences and training to empower others to reach their full potential.
Diane specializes in helping CEOs and business owners identify the causes of stalled organizational growth and the roadblocks individuals encounter in realizing their greatest potential. She guides them in clarifying what they want, identifying the right team to support them, and creating actionable plans to achieve success. With expertise in culture, strategy, leadership, and operating systems, she focuses on what she calls the 5Ps—purpose, people, process, and performance for payoff. Through her work, she builds stronger, more profitable businesses and empowers people with the confidence, courage, and drive to succeed.
